7. Subscription & Payment

eCliniq may be offered under a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees on time. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Free trials, if offered, may convert to paid plans unless canceled.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use eCliniq for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Upload malicious software or disrupt service operations
